Find My Tenders collects scrap and auction tenders that government websites publish openly (such as MSTC, GeM Auctions, Railway zone websites and state e-procurement portals), and uses AI to summarise what they contain. Find My Tenders is an independent service, not affiliated with MSTC, IREPS, NIC, the Indian Railways or any government body. Find My Tenders does not take bids or applications — you apply on the official website, and railway auctions are bid on IREPS.
Tender details and AI lot reports can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always read the official notice or catalogue before you bid or pay anything. Find My Tenders is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and is not responsible or liable for losses from decisions made using information on it. If you spot a mistake, use “This is wrong?” on the lot.
Keep your password private. One account per person. When you sign up with an email address we ask you to confirm your email by opening a link; until you do, we hold back the alert emails we would send you. If we ask you to confirm your mobile number, give your own.
Don't misuse Find My Tenders — for example, by scraping it or using automated tools on it, overloading it, trying to guess other people's passwords or to reach their accounts, uploading files that are not what they claim, or using it to harass anyone. We may suspend or close an account that does, without notice.
WhatsApp alerts are a paid extra, switched on for your account by us. You choose up to two numbers and how many tenders you want in each alert. Only add a number that is yours, or one whose owner has agreed. By adding a number you agree to receive these messages from Find My Tenders on WhatsApp. Messages are sent at the times we set, one message per tender, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them (or pause them on the WhatsApp page). We rely on WhatsApp (Meta) to deliver messages and cannot promise that every message arrives, or arrives on time.
Find My Tenders is free during the pilot, with some limits on the free plan. Paid plans and extras, when offered, will be agreed with you before you're charged anything. We may change the price of paid features for the future.
You can stop using Find My Tenders and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop any part of Find My Tenders.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may change Find My Tenders and these terms; we'll show the new date above. If you keep using Find My Tenders after a change, the new terms apply.
