What we collect

  • Your account: name, email address, and mobile number if you give one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google — never your Google password.
  • Checks that an address or number is yours: we email you a link to confirm your email, and we may text a code we send to your mobile number to confirm it. We keep that the check was done, not the code itself.
  • What you're looking for: your description, keywords, states, lot size and alert choices.
  • WhatsApp alerts (a paid extra): up to two WhatsApp numbers you add, how many tenders you want per alert, your WhatsApp keywords and filters, and which tenders we have already sent to you. If a number replies STOP, we remember that so we do not message it.
  • How you use Find My Tenders: tenders you save, open, click "Apply" on, report as wrong, or tell us you bid on; when you last signed in; feedback you send.
  • Technical data: your address on the internet (IP address), used to keep the service safe — for example to slow down someone guessing passwords.

Why

  • To show you matching tenders and send the email and WhatsApp alerts you asked for.
  • To check that an email address or mobile number is really yours, and to keep accounts safe.
  • To improve Find My Tenders — for example, which matches people act on, and which AI lot reports were wrong.
  • To contact you about your account or a plan you asked about.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

Who else handles it

  • Anthropic (AI) reads public tender documents and the description you type, to find matching lots.
  • Brevo sends our emails.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) delivers the WhatsApp messages, if you have them switched on. Meta receives your WhatsApp number and the message.
  • An SMS provider sends the code to your mobile number when we ask you to confirm it.
  • Google, if you choose “Sign in with Google”.

These companies process your data for us to provide the service. We choose them for that purpose only.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp alerts are sent only if they are switched on for your account (they are a paid extra) and you add your own number. You get one message per tender, with the details, the original link and the PDF where there is one. Reply STOP to a message at any time and we stop messaging that number; reply START to turn it back on. You can also pause them, or remove a number, on the WhatsApp page.

On your device

To keep you signed in, a sign-in token and a few details about you (your name and email) are stored in your browser. Signing out removes them. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and choices while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or remove your personal data within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, or to protect Find My Tenders from abuse.

Where it is kept

Your data is kept on a server in India. Messages sent through the providers above pass through their own systems, which may be outside India.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw a consent you gave (for example for WhatsApp), and to complain. You can change or delete your keywords, mobile number and alerts in Settings at any time. To delete your account and data, write to us via Feedback or email rai.ravi23@gmail.com.

Grievance contact

For any concern about your data, write to the founder of Find My Tenders, Ravi, at rai.ravi23@gmail.com. We will reply within 7 days and resolve the matter within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; nobody at Find My Tenders can read them. Connections to Find My Tenders are encrypted. We limit how often someone can try to sign in, and we keep backups of our data. No system is perfectly safe; if we find out your data was exposed we will tell you.

Changes

If we change this page we will show the new date above.
